→ Key Responsibilities
- Drive executive search for senior and C-level roles.
- Build and lead a recruitment team.
- Grow client base and revenue through business development and relationship management.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders.
→ Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years’ experience in recruitment/headhunting, with at least 3 years in leadership.
- Proven success in executive search and client acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of the Nigerian talent market.
- Commercially driven with excellent networking skills.
