We are looking for a Lead Consultant – Productivity & Performance Advisory, who is passionate about productivity, behavioral science, and building high-performing teams. → Key Responsibilities
- Lead productivity and performance improvement projects from diagnosis to implementation.
- Run audits and assessments (time studies, workflow analysis, meeting flow).
- Design and deliver practical solutions: workflows, time management strategies, accountability systems.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and 1:1 coaching.
- Build trusted relationships with founders, managers, and teams.
- Develop internal tools, frameworks, and best practices for clients.
- Contribute to thought leadership through articles, templates, and webinars.
→ Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years in consulting, operations, organizational design, or performance improvement.
- Effective communication and facilitation skills.
- Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end.
- Deep interest in productivity systems, behavioral science, or team performance.
→ Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with tools like Notion, ClickUp, Asana, or Airtable.
- Coaching or facilitation certifications.
- Startup or small-business consulting experience.
