→ Key Responsibilities

  • Drive executive search for senior and C-level roles.
  • Build and lead a recruitment team.
  • Grow client base and revenue through business development and relationship management.

→ Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years’ experience in recruitment/headhunting, with at least 3 years in leadership.
  • Proven success in executive search and client acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of the Nigerian talent market.
  • Commercially driven with excellent networking skills.
